In Georgia, gambling sufferers will be banned from visiting casinos

TBILISI, Nov 1 - RIA Novosti. The Ministry of Finance of Georgia submitted a package of bills to the parliament, according to which in the gambling establishments it is forbidden to play for citizens of the country until the age of 21, and for foreigners under 18, as well as for persons with gambling addiction, Sputnik Georgia reports.
In case of violation, the institution will have to pay a fine of 5 thousand lari (more than 1.9 thousand dollars), and in case of repeated violation - 10 thousand lari (more than 3.8 thousand dollars).
Amendments should be included in the Code of Administrative Violations of Georgia. It will also include a rule on the prohibition of participation in computer system games for persons who are not registered in a single register of players. Violation will be punishable by a fine in the same amount as the previous one.
By computer system games are games on the phone, the Internet or using gaming devices, including casinos and sweepstakes.
Gambling establishments will be required to check all visitors in the register of game-dependent persons.

According to the amendments, an individual who has an irresistible desire to play in gambling Suffers or bonus games and who is listed as dependent will be considered dependent.
