The simplest is to start from the base: Texas Hold'em is played with a standard game of 52 cards, no joker. This is one of the many open poker variants. Indeed, each player combines a hand of 2 cards - that he is the only one to see - with an array of 5 community cards spread out, in stages, on the carpet in the middle of the table. These cards will be unveiled as and when, the name of poker "open".
Cards
The goal of the poker player is to form the best possible combination of five cards with these 7 available cards. One can use the 2 cards of his hand, only one or even none. See the ranking of the hands.
Tokens
The chips are dealt to each player. Each of the tokens represents defined values and generally correspond to sums of money. The set of chips for each player is his "carpet". We must necessarily bet all or part of his chips to participate in a game of poker, the goal being to win the bets of other players. By offering a better combination of cards than your opponents, you will win the common pot (see below) ... or if, by betting, you manage to make your opponents believe it - this is called a bluff.

Step 1
As we have already presented above, the players will be a central pot made up of chips thanks to the blinds: The dealer places bets called "blinds".
We call them blinds (which means "blind" in English) because they are placed before the players have seen the cards. The blinds make sure there is money in the pot right from the start of the game. The player immediately to the left of the dealer places the small blind, and the player to his left places the big blind.
2nd step
We distribute 2 cards to players (one hand) all of which are face down: this is the pre-flop, this is where the game is racing! Begins the first round of betting: the player to the left of the one who has placed the big blind is the first to speak: he can follow, raise or fold.
When the betting round returns to the player who has placed the big blind, he can announce "word" and thus stay in the game without adding anything to the pot. However, if an opponent has raised, this player has three possibilities: he can fold, follow or raise.

All players may be present at this level of the game, but it often happens that, given the combination of cards dealt, some players have gone to bed. The flop
These are three community cards that all players can use to build their five-card hand. They are placed face up on the table and are followed by a second round of betting.
Turning
This is the fourth community card placed face-up on the table. Players proceed to a third round of betting.
River
This is the fifth and last common card to be revealed. Players proceed to the last betting round.
Once the betting rounds are over, it is the player who has the best hand, or the last player remaining after all other players have gone to bed, who wins! It's the showdown.
Showdown
If there are more players at this stage of the game, we proceed to the showdown in which the players reveal their cards, and it is the highest hand wins. To know in detail the different hands thanks to the classification of the hands. If two players have a hand of equal value, they share the pot.
